小児における受動喫煙と睡眠呼吸障害の関連を、論文18本（被験者4万7462人）のシステマティックレビューで検討。15本の論文（全て症例対照研究）で受動喫煙と睡眠呼吸障害に統計学的に有意な関連が見られたが、Oxford CEBM分類のエビデンスレベルはいずれも3b、総合グレードはBだった。より質の高い研究の必要性が示唆された。
